Recorded video presenter screen is visible after 40 sec while audio is available with recording

We have deployed the 2.16.0 version on one of our in-premise VM(UBUNTU) and there we are facing the problem in the recording files. In all the video recordings presenter is visible after 40 sec and this is common for all the recorded videos although Audio is available during this 40-sec delay

This is strange, what kind of recording are you using? Is this always happening?
