Dear Team,
We are using openvidu PRO 2.17.0 and while load is going up, we are facing this recording start issue.
Some time its take more than ~40 seconds
Some time its take more than ~5 minutes
Some time recording not started itself.
OpenVidu is playing an important role in our Insurance claim system and this is very important to rectify this error.
Please advise.

Does this problem occur “sometimes”, or it always happens?
What kind of deployment do you have?
- PRO or Enterprise?
- AWS using cloudformation?
- On premises?
- Do you have a lot of recordings occurring at the same time?
If you are in AWS, what type of instances are you using?
5 minutes sounds like a lot of time.
Do you have some logs when this problem occurs?

Does this problem occur “sometimes”, or it always happens? = Not always, Sometime when load is going up like active sesion more than 40.

PRO or Enterprise? = PRO(2.17)
AWS using cloudformation? = YES
On premises? = YES
Do you have a lot of recordings occurring at the same time? = YES
If you are in AWS, what type of instances are you using? = c5a.4xlarge
Do you have some logs when this problem occurs? = NO, we are not getting errors in logs. Could you please help which specific log can help us to find root cause.
In Short, Recording is creating trouble only once load goes high, this is our observation. Not sure whether its because of load or any other issue.
