Is it possible to have redundant Master Nodes on premise?

Hi!

We’re looking into implementing OpenVidu Pro on premises. I understand that I can have active redundancy and load balancing among Media Nodes, but is it possible to have active redundancy between the Master Nodes as well?

I see that in the Enterprise Plan, there is the “High Availability” feature, but the description says AWS. I don’t see why it should be limited to AWS though - I only need two Master Nodes which can synchronise between each other, while I manage the instances by my own means- there shouldn’t be any AWS-specific about that.

It is not possible right now to have various master nodes with an on premise deployment.

The unique way is to manage different OpenVidu Pro clusters.

It is highly possible that in the future we will support High availability for on premises environments.
