when we set firefox browser media.peerconnection.ice.relay_only = true . we are getting below message in kms container logs and attached the screenshot for the same.
“WebRtcEndpointImpl: TURN server not found in config; remember that NAT traversal requires STUN or TURN”

But we are able to connect on web. As per doc see there no need to set up anything else. But for us, the call do not connect for a few users behind the firewall. To mimic it, we are doing: media.peerconnection.ice.relay_only:true
And if this is true, no communication.

The issue you have mentioned is same. In the console, we get:
