Recording doesnt save

Recording does not save to file. Configuraiton parameters are true. I gave path. But recording file does not save to path.Can you help me pls?

Yes. I have. Configuration is true.My code is working my computer. But other computer it is not working. Record is starting, i have seen in docker container and terminal.But its not saving to file.
