Record archive disappearing

Newest version of OV. We use individual recording mode to make records. In most cases it works fine, but sometimes there is no any files in recording folder after recordings stops - no json, no .webm, no zip, nothing. It seems that recording debug mode affects only composed recording type so we can’t use it for this case. On the other hand, CDR and KMS logging is enabled and we can find logs with this case and attach it here. Will it be helpful? Thank you!

Yes please, attach as much information as possible to take a look and see what happens with missing recordings.

We are improving the way to obtain debugging information from sessions, but right now you can export it following these steps:

Just found out that in this exact case it was completely our fault - we’ve lost this record because of switching between two servers while updating OV. My apologise!
