Yesterday strange bug took place. Users tried to record session, but no files were created. And what is strange that recording start and stop events took place and were logged (but on recordingStop event duration is still 0). Could you please check log file? It seems that there is more than 1 hour 20 min. between recording start and recording stop events, probably it was too much for server and thats why it saved nothing? Just an idea.
