Just started getting the same issues on our production master-node, 4 hours earlier.
@micael.gallego how can we solve it? Trying to login into Account also returning errors.
Same issue from Korea. ovp 2.28 , on AWS.
it’s a critical issue for my company service.
Hello,
We have detected an outage on our licensing servers caused by an external attack. We are working on an urgent solution right now. We hope to restore service as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience. We will keep you informed when we manage to recover the service.
Best regards.
For what I can see in the logs, this is an URL that exposes a Lambda Service.
Could you change this DNS to another Lambda or Service that is able to just return 200 while y’all are fixing the issue?
At least, it will allow the clients to avoid loss during the outage time
Hello,
On Friday, March 21 at 20:38 there has been a service outage on our licensing servers. The cause was an attack on our AWS resources, where these servers are hosted. At 3:30 on March 22 the services have been restored with a partial hot fix so that OpenVidu Pro/Enterprise deployments can continue to operate.
The OpenVidu user accounts web page (Account - openVidu) will continue to be inaccessible for a few more days. In the meantime, OpenVidu Pro/Enterprise licenses will not be charged.
It is important to emphasize that no payment information (credit cards) has been compromised in this incident. All payment data is handled in a completely secure manner by an external service (stripe.com).
We apologize for any inconvenience this incident has caused. We have taken the necessary measures to ensure that the incident does not happen again, and to improve the response time in case of any other problem affecting our infrastructure.
Kind regards.
Thank you for your reply @pabloFuente!
In my scenario, it’s still with the issue.

Now, in the morning, things seems to be working correctly.
Could you please share if any action was taken to fix the last issue I’ve brought?
Hello Henrique,
We will send a report the following week about the issue. There was a missing endpoint (/prod/generic
) in our fallback licensing service.
Thank you all for your patience
