Do OpenVidu' volume event gives normalized values?

There is an event streamAudioVolumeChange. On my PC, it shows values in the range of about -110 … 0 with -50 for a speaking person. On my phone, it shows about -infinity … -50 with -85 for a speaking person. OpenVidu docs say that -100 is silence. The phone’s micro works well.

Is the volume value normalized in any way? Or is it a raw value from the microphone?

It seems to be a raw value in case of the publisher. Ok, no problem. A raw value may also be useful.
