as a follow up this post on github. https://github.com/OpenVidu/openvidu/issues/415
When User sets the sound volume of the media to 0 in the settings, the volume during a call is also 0. Pressing the Hardware Buttons does not have an effect.
Any ideas how to increase the volume level, when in the settings of the device the volume is set at 0?
