CAN'T RECORD MORE THAN 10 mins with COMPOSE mode

  • I making a video call conference app on mobile. The app has an automatic record function with COMPOSE mode. But, the data of the conference call is maximum about 10 mins and after 10 mins, the users can’t receive each other’s videos anymore. I have tested many times and I am sure all recent conference calls are for a maximum of 10 mins. I have never had this problem in the past although I still haven’t changed the old version of OpenVidu (2.11.0). This issue appeared about 2 weeks ago.
  • Does the version have no time limit on the record that was moved into the PRO version?

There is no hardcoded limit in the code. In fact, if were working until 2 weeks ago, something strange is happening.

Can you please update to 2.14 version and test again?

Yes. My problem was solved on version 2.14.0 and both 2.13.0.
