I successfully connected OpenVidu Pro v2.16 with Amazon Elasticsearch (version 7.9).
The docs at OpenVidu Docs state that:
By default, OpenVidu Pro imports to Kibana 5 different dashboards […]
How do I get the dashboards and indices imported?
They should be imported on the first run. Did this not happen?

Try to import them in the Kibana dashboard

And, yes. For some reason it did not happen automatically.
