Mute doesn't work with iPhone

Hello. How are you?

I use OpenVidu Pro 2.12.0 on AWS.
But if someone mute his audio in iPhone, he can’t hear others.
Currently, we use OpenVidu Pro in our Angular Web frontend.

It happened only with iPhone.
I am not sure it is a bug of OpenVidu or not.
Any suggestion?

Which version of iOS has your iPhone?
Are you testing on Safari, Chrome, Firefox?
Android and web are working fine or do you have the same behaviour ?
How are you muting the audio?

We have a web platform and testing it on several platform such as iPhone, Android and web browsers.

13.3.1 version of iOS.
If I mute audio, I couldn’t hear others.
And others can’t hear me.

Anyway, openvidu has the problem with sevearl platforms such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc?
