KMS support for OpenCV 3+

Hello,

When do you plan to support OpenCV 3+ version for KMS and plugins?

I need to use some newer APIs in the plugins that are not available in OpenCV 2.

We do not plan to include OpenCV 3 support in KMS in the near future.
