How to create a third publisher?

Hello,
I am new with Openvidu and not a pro with Kurento, today I gave a try to Openvidu after struggling to modify the Kurento group call tutorial, I think that I will stick with Openvidu,
so firstly I tried the hello world tutorial, it is what I want, I want to code with Java so I tried the mvc-java tutorial, I discovered the subscriber role, I want that too so it’s great,

but I am able to login only with the 3 already existing accounts,

can we create accounts ?
I tried to login with a non-existing account, the webpage refresh and the fields get cleaned, that’s it, I thought that it would create the account.
Can someone help me please ?

You can modify the sample code whatever you want.
