When I start the video call, what appears in the image appears.

As you can see, it has the security certificate, but instead it appears to me, I mention it earlier when I request to enter the video call. That could be happening?

I’ve been with this for 3 days, I need help. Could I watch it with you on skype? I have bought the PRO version. I speak spanish and english.

It seems to work fine. No error.
Can you check from another browser or computer?
Try clearing browser cache.
And check when you are going to URL
https://www.awsserverviafamilies.de it has Https.
