Can I use this https://openvidu.io/docs/demos/openvidu-call/ guide for production or are they just for demo purposes? If so are the deploy steps the same?

Openvidu Call is a full frontend app just for demo prupose. However, you can use OpenVidu Call for production as long as you generate the token and the session in the server side.
