Windows 10 Docker Issues

I am not able to launch the OpenVidu Linux Image thru Docker Desktop in Windows 10.

Is there a Windows image for that?

Has anybody been able to successfully run OpenVidu as a server in Windows 10? If so, can you provide instructions?

Which Cloud provider offers the most affordable hosting price for OpenVidu?
