Sorry, I forgot to mention that there are not events while OpenVidu sends them to a webhook server.

When I set the address of webhook server and see results and I do not see any events containing information about user’s mutes/unmutes actions.

Some events are not send to the backend.
If you want your backend to know it, you should send them yourself as part of your applications.
