I see that the documentation for /etc/turnserver.conf is no longer comparable with the default turnserver.conf file that comes with deployment of OpenVidu CE.
There are a lot of options and a lot of documentation in the file now, but it is still difficult to understand what values should be used in which cases. Are there any extensive documentation on which values are recommended to use?

We are going to publish a new OpenVidu version in the following days changing deployment procedure to use docker containers. This will be the only supported way to deploy OpenVidu.
We will configure COTURN with the best values we found for OpenVidu use case.
Of course, you will be able to tweak it as you want based con COTURN documentation.
