Hello!
The user does not see me.
In the logs of the CDR

We highly recommend update to OpenVidu latest version (2.14.0), several bugs have been fixed. You can follow how deploy OpenVidu PRO in AWS.

Moreover, we need more information about your problem, i mean:

  • Browser, Nginx, and OpenVidu Server logs
  • The tutorial you’re using

About OpenVidu Server logs
If there are several simultaneous calls on the server, how can I select logs only for a specific session?

It’s not possible filter logs at the moment. In the next release (2.15.0) you will can do that with Kibana.
