iOS device video streaming failure

Hi there,

We have successfully implemented open vidu in the video calling app that we have developed but we are facing a new issue in the iOS part of the application. The issue is that when a video call session is created in the iOS application the room is created but the video of the person on the opposite side is not visible to either person and it is the same issue for the both the persons on the call. We have followed every step that was on the setup guide issued by open vidu team we have followed every step in the guide and configured everything as you have directed. After all this too we are experiencing this error on the iOS part of the application. So kindly provide a solution for this issue and help us in rectifying the same.
I am also attaching the log file for more reference.

We need to ask you if you have this issue testing our ionic demos.

Knowing this we can figure out if the issue is in your side or in ours.

I you are capable to reproduce the issue in our demos, please Tell us the steps to follow.

Yes you are right it’s in the ionic part of the app. Then find below the package file which will help you understand better.

Please clarify, is the official tutorial working as expected or not?

In case the official tutorial is not working as expected, why we need your package.json? I don’t understand.
