We are experiencing the audio issues in the sessions only few people able to speak and few not.
Can you help what may cause this error

It’s important for this kind of bugs to provide a little bit of information. Is this happening in specific scenarios with specific devices (Safari, Chrome…)? Can you share some logs from the browser side when this happens?
Check also if you experience the same problems using our demos infrastructure:

I’m asking for logs to know where the problem could be, in the server side or in the browser side. If the problem is a miss-configuration in the server side, your app should work fine using demos.openvidu.io. Also logs from the browser may say if the problem is in the browser side.
