Do not use web-rtc in case it's not neccessary

Hello!

We want to show an existing video conversation on tv, it doesn’t have a camera and only shows others participants.

The problem is the internal tv(stb) browser doesn’t support web-rtc.
Can we somehow consume incoming streams as a simple video stream using OpenVidu or Kurento?

It can not be implemented in OpenVidu right now.

Maybe in the future we implement HLS or MPEG DASH so you will be able to see the video (with high latency) from a call in OpenVidu. But currently is not possible.
