AWS Deployment Refuse Connection

I’m following this instruction to deploy OpenVidu on AWS: link

But when I connect to the OpenViduServerURL it returns This site can’t be reached Error.
FYI: This is my parameters

You must use these Outputs while deploying with letsencrypt:
