After hours of researches I finally understand the problem. You’re right, this isn’t an icon problem, but we’ve changed the color value of “–ov-accent-action-color” and this reflected also in this case.
It’s amazing that you gave the possibility to customize the color of the call, however it’s a little bit “risky” because you can override some “hidden” functionalities (like this one) and think that it’s an error.
If you could provide others CSS “–ov-” variables, it could be much better in my opinion.

This issue has been resolved by preventing the color from changing when the icon-related feature is active.
