Strange log when kurento client disconnected

We have this strange log in openvidu deployment (ubuntu 18.04)

  • Is this exception normal when the kurento client disconnects?

  • Is there a problem with localhost resolution?

  • Can we know the reason for the disconnection?

Can you describe how have you deployed OpenVidu?

When this exception occurs? KMS has crashed?

Hi Micael, sorry for the lack of information.

Kurento and openvidu are deployed in a docker environment with official images for testing.

In this case kurento was restarted and the log in openvidu-server shows that connection refused when reconnecting.

We are improving reconnection procedures right now. They will be available in the next release (2.13) to be published the next week.

If problem persist with new version, please let us know.
