Request - Image Capture and save as video OR upload files on Chat

Testing 3.6.0 and it is very important to send files to users, so, the ideia is to upload on CHAT and save it on server (room name directory, wich will not be erasable until empty). Need to configure allowed extensions (pdf, docx, png, mp3, etc) and size, quantity of files of each room, etc.

And have an option to take a shot and save it as a image above.

This is something we want to add, but it is not yet implemented. It is in the roadmap of this year.
