Openvidu screen share not showing camera

I used openvidu to build screen sharing.
When connecting from the internal network, each other’s camera screens worked well and screen sharing worked well.

However, if you connect from a different network, you can connect, but you cannot see each other’s camera screens and you cannot share screens.

What’s wrong?

It seems there is an issue with the OpenVidu Platform deployment.

Please describe what kind of OpenVidu deployment you have (CE, PRO, Enterprise? AWS, on-premises?..)

I used Windows wsl2 and installed docker to build it.
