# Session is not starting

After the deployment, session is not starting, camera and mic is blocked. Is the problem related with deployment? How can I solve?

Hi, We need a lot of more information about what is happening to you. With this description is impossible to guess where is the problem.

Please, provide us the following info:

- **Error logs (Browser errors and OpenVidu Server errors)**
- How are you deploying your stack, which steps are you following
- OpenVidu stack (CE, PRO, ENTERPRISE)
