# Issue in Deployment while running the template using openvidu pro

Hi Openvidu,

While running the template we are facing issue. Kurento media servers are not starting, While checking the logs we found the below error.

openvidu openvidu-server\_1 exited with code 137

Can you please help us with solution?We are on neck tight schedule.
