# From iPhone 13 I cant's see video stream

From my iPhone 13 I cannot see the video of the other participants, everything remains on a “black screen”.

Can you help me please?

This not enough to troubleshoot. Do you have by chance some logs of the browser inside the iOS device?

LTE? Sounds like TURN/STUN is missing. Just a guess. Can be a lot of things

Can you paste code? I had the same problem when I first started using vidu, it takes a bit to get your head around making the sessions work
