# ERROR	egress	server/server\_ipc.go:43	internal error, shutting down

Hi.  
The egress restarts quite often.  
Reason for the restart:

ERROR egress server/server\_ipc.go:43 internal error, shutting down {“nodeID”: “NE\_eHtsZxMBY5vE”, “clusterID”: “”, “error”: “chrome failed to start:\n[36357:36378:0206/060643.950352:ERROR:bus.cc(407)] Failed to connect to the bus: Failed to connect to socket /run/dbus/system\_bus\_socket: No such file or directory\n[36357:36357:0206/060643.952214:ERROR:ozone\_platform\_x11.cc(244)] Missing X server or $DISPLAY\n[36357:36357:0206/060643.952229:ERROR:env.cc(258)] The platform failed to initialize. Exiting.\n”}  
How can I solve this problem?

First thing I would recommend is upgrading your deployment to version 3.5.0. Many fixes on the egress service have been implemented since 3.1.0.
