# Error connecting to session

Hello,

I installed everything, however when I want to access the dashboard, it works only with http.  
Also when I want to test, I have this error

Error connecting to session: [0] Http failure response for https://adresse\_ip:4443/api/sessions: 0 Unknown Error

Hello,

We have configured the server, as for the SSL certification it works well on the website. However, when we use the port 5000, it doesn’t work.  
Here’s the configuration NGINX :
