# Correct firewall settings

Hello,

We’re using Enterprise 2.17 version of OpenVidu and some customers who have strict firewall rules cannot start sharing a video or connect to a session. I provided them with the information from your FAQ where port 3478 must be open for connections from browsers, but that didn’t help.  
Is this information in FAQ correct?  
Are there any more requirements regarding ports/server addresses?

Yes. The information is correct, but sometimes some corporations don’t change firewall rules.

You can deploy a new COTURN service in 443 port to avoid firewall issues.
