# Can't receive video call on iPad?

Whenever I try to use my iPad to answer or connect to a stream I get “DEVICE ACCESS DENIED”. “NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission”.

Anyone know why? How do I allow the camera? Is that the problem?

This seems a simple permission problem. Did you denied access to the camera when the application asked for it?

I never denied permission. But I don’t know how to enable it. Like it never asks, I can’t reset it either anywhere. I can’t allow.
