# "Cannot render the file"

The created call recording is sometimes corrupted in the source recordings folder.  
And when I want to open the video, I get “cannot render the file” warning. Is there a way to repair corrupted videos ?

Please, provide a little bit of information.

When this happens to you?  
Which OpenVidu edition are you using?  
Which type of recording are you using? `COMPOSED` or `INDIVIDUAL`
