# Can screen share feature run instantly without any user interaction?

Hi,

Can I create a button to to let user trigger the screen share for the current web browser tab without popup any OpenVidu screen share type selection window?

Pop up dialog to select the screen to share is a browser requirement. Cannot be avoided with JS.  
To short-cut that behavior, the only way would be probably with a custom browser extension.
